Refunds/Returns


Refund Policy:
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so that we may respond and handle your inquiry.


Returns: 
We offer full refunds on unused merchandise sent back that are post-marked within 7 days after receipt. 
The refund will be issued once we have received the returned merchandise and it has passed inspection.
 
Exchanges: 
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly exchange the unused item for another product in our inventory of equal value.
 
Refund Process: 
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
